What Pay-E is

One paragraph for your story.

Pay-E is an Australian phone-order payment platform built for the kinds of businesses big POS vendors forgot — pizza shops, kebab houses, florists, bakeries, and cloud kitchens. Staff take an order on the phone, send a Stripe-hosted paylink by SMS, and the kitchen ticket only prints when the customer pays. Pay-E charges a flat monthly subscription — no per-transaction skim, no marketplace cut. Card processing is delegated to Stripe, so card numbers never touch a Pay-E server. The product launched in 2025 out of a Brunswick pizza shop and is bootstrapped today.
