Integrations
We ship a small set of deep integrations rather than a marketplace full of half-finished ones. The list below is what runs in production today, and what's honestly on the roadmap.
Payments
All card entry happens on Stripe-hosted Checkout — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos. Funds settle to your own Stripe Connect account. Pay-E never sees or stores card numbers. Stripe Australia ↗
Payments
In-person card terminals from Tyro and Square, driving the same kiosk and counter payment flows. The Tyro integration is built and going through Tyro's partner certification now; Square follows. Until they land, in-store payments run on Stripe Terminal and QR pay links.
Payments
Accept contactless cards directly on an iPhone — no reader at all — via Stripe's Tap to Pay in a Pay-E companion app. Until then, in-person payments use a Stripe Terminal reader or a QR pay link.
Messaging
Payment links and order status updates are sent via Twilio's Australian A2P routing. Customers receive a clean SMS with your business name; replies are routed back to your support inbox if you've configured a forwarding number. Twilio Australia ↗
Reliability
Application errors are tracked by Sentry. PII (customer phone numbers, names) is scrubbed from error reports — only stack traces and anonymised request data are forwarded. Full disclosure on the Data Protection page. Sentry ↗
Reliability
A signed-webhook surface for downstream systems — your own kitchen display, a custom analytics warehouse, an internal BI tool. Mid-2026 target, pending demand from current shops.
Roadmap
Accounting export and ops-team Google Sheets feeds are not shipped today. We get asked for these often; we plan to ship the Stripe-grounded versions first, then layer aggregators on top.
We don't ship a fake-it-til-you-make-it integrations marketplace. If you need a specific connection that isn't on this list, write to hello@pay-e.com.au — we'll tell you honestly whether we can deliver it and on what timeline. Sub-processor handling is documented on the Data Protection page.
